Some managers expect you to come in with a broken leg or as sick as a dog. The terrible part I'm talking about is that at some stores I had to work at for help, had horrible managers. Management outside my department were stressing us a lot and what was actually expected from us was unreasonable some times but most managers I worked with were understanding. My coworkers were easy and fun to work with only having to avoid a few people I didn't work well with. Was extremely flexible with my schedule and was a great boss that taught me the job very well. I was lucky and had a GREAT manager that did everything they could for me. Depending on which department you're in, this job can be GREAT OR TERRIBLE.
